From Corporate Leadership to Consulting Impact
My journey began in the trenches of Fortune 500 companies, leading organizational development functions at both the enterprise and business unit levels. Over three decades, I built a reputation for designing strategies that not only looked good on paper but worked in practice—whether it was building a culture during an IPO, driving talent strategy across global banks, or coaching senior teams through high-stakes transitions.
What I discovered is that the best solutions don’t come from cookie-cutter frameworks. They come from listening, understanding, and partnering with clients to build approaches that work for their people, in their language, and in their culture. That’s why I founded Kingsbridge Leadership Solutions: to bring the depth of corporate experience to organizations that want real change—change that sticks.
