Change Roadmap Lab

Step 2 of Culture Change

Organizational transformation isn’t just about structure, systems, or strategy—it’s about shifting the culture that drives how people lead, collaborate, and make decisions. While the Culture Review helps define where you are today and where you want to go, real change takes root only when leaders are actively engaged in designing how to get there.

The Change Roadmap Lab brings your key stakeholders together to co-create a clear, actionable plan for cultural transformation—one that aligns with your strategy, builds internal ownership, and prepares the organization for successful execution.

How It Works

Building on insights from the Culture Review, the Change Roadmap Lab is a facilitated process that typically includes:

Kickoff Session: A town hall-style event to engage employees, generate energy for the journey ahead, and surface early questions or concerns

Roadmap Design: Collaborative working sessions to define objectives, map current and future state, create an influence and communications strategy, and establish timelines and measurement mechanisms

Stakeholder Analysis: Identification and assessment of key influencers and groups critical to success, including current levels of support and potential resistance

Outcomes

Stronger ownership of the transformation among leaders and key stakeholders

Early identification of risks and resistance—and proactive strategies to address them

A detailed, flexible roadmap to guide implementation and monitor progress

Greater alignment between strategic aspirations and everyday behavior
