Culture Review
Step 1 of Culture Change
Culture is more than values on a wall—it’s the real, day-to-day behaviors, decisions, and interactions that shape how work gets done. While there’s no single “right” culture, there is a right culture for your organization—one that aligns with your strategy and inspires your people.
The Culture Review helps organizations define the culture they aspire to create, assess where they are today, and identify the key gaps that must be addressed. It sets the foundation for targeted culture change—often through KLS’s Change Roadmap Lab, which builds on these insights to drive meaningful transformation.
How It Works
The Culture Review typically unfolds in three stages:
Leadership interviews to explore the organization’s ideal culture, current reality, and perceived barriers to alignment
Executive debrief to review findings, explore root causes, and align on priorities for closing the gap between current and desired culture
Employee engagement through targeted surveys and/or focus groups to capture broader perspectives and surface areas of disconnect

Outcomes
Shared understanding of the organization’s aspirational culture
Insight into gaps and underlying drivers of misalignment
A clear foundation for shaping focused, high-impact culture change efforts
